On arrival, follow signage to the left side of the main building for our private entrance, or enter through the hotel reception. Absolutely. Whether it’s your first escape room or your fiftieth, Trapped In Time is designed to be enjoyed by everyone. If your team needs a little help along the way, our game hosts can provide hints when needed.

Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (sorry, we know that’s not always the coolest news!).We recommend the experience for ages 10 and above, as this is when players are more likely to fully appreciate the immersive storyline, puzzles and atmosphere. Younger players can still get involved and enjoy being part of the team.Please note that the escape room includes dim lighting and some loud noises as part of the experience.

Yes. The escape room area is accessible via a lift from the main hotel entrance. Please note that some puzzles involve visual elements, items positioned at different heights, and navigating around the room as part of the experience. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes. All bookings are private, meaning you will never be grouped with another team.

For larger groups, you can book two consecutive time slots, split into teams and compete against each other's times. While one team is playing, the other can relax in the hotel bar and lounge areas before their turn.
